2 cans cream style corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 can regular corn
5 small/medium potatoes, peeled & diced
1 small onion, diced
about 4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch mixed in small amt cold water
salt & pepper to taste
Put your potatoes in the water & boil till slightly undone. Then add onion, cream corn, corn, milk, salt, pepper, & cornstarch. Simmer until thick.
